GAP Protection

If your customer's vehicle is stolen or totaled, GAP Protection covers the difference between their primary insurance settlement and the payoff on the loan or lease. Coverage is insured by an A-rated major insurance carrier and can be purchased on financed or leased vehicles, new or used.

Total Loss Protection

TLP is a fully insured program that allows your dealership or leasing company to maximize profits on new and used vehicle sales. In the event of a total loss (as declared by the primary carrier), your customer will receive a credit towards the purchase or lease of a new vehicle at your dealership. This not only provides a top-notch service product that protects your customer in the event of a TOTAL LOSS, but it locks them in to your dealership for future sales even if they do not use the program.

Sales FollowUp

If your customer does not use the valuable Total Loss Protection product, we offer a program designed to give you the ability to credit them for a full contract price toward the purchase of a new vehicle at your store including Total Loss Protection. We will track your customers for the full term of the contract and contact them 120 days prior to expiration to inform them of the credit available at your store. You will be provided with a list of every customer contacted plus a report giving you all the information necessary to contact that customer.
